HOW DO I CHANGE MY MIND?

You have the right to change your mind and receive a refund for any Product within 14 days from the date of delivery. If your Order is split into several deliveries over different days, you have until 14 days after the day you receive the last delivery to change your mind.

 

WHEN SHOULD I RETURN PRODUCTS?

If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send the Products back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the Contract. Please note that if you change your mind, you are responsible for returning the Products to us and the cost of doing so.

 

WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND.

You do not have the right to change your mind and receive a refund if the Products are not returned to us in a re-saleable and unused condition. If you return Products to us and we feel that we are unable to resell them or if we feel that the Products have been used, we have the right to deduct from your refund an amount that reflects the reduced value of the Products. 

Personal health or hygiene products, where the box or other packaging has been opened, or any outer seal or plastic film or wrapping has been removed or broken cannot be returned.

 

CANCELLING THE CONTRACT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING WE HAVE DONE.

If you have paid for your Order but before we send you the Products we let you know that we:

  • have changed the Product or these terms; or
  • have noticed an error in the price; or
  • are out of stock; or
  • expect there to be a significant delay in delivering the Products

and if you then decide to cancel your order, we will of course refund you.

 

RETURNING PRODUCTS AFTER THE 14 DAY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED.

If you would like to return your Order but the 14 day cancellation period has expired then please contact us and we will see what we can do. If we authorise you to return the Products because you have not done anything wrong and the Products are in an unused and resalable condition, you may still be able to return the Products to us. However, we may deduct an amount from your refund at our discretion to cover our costs.

 

TELL US WHEN YOU WANT TO END THE CONTRACT.

To end the contract with us, please let us know by emailing us at ow@olivierewilson.com.  Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.

 

RETURNING THE PRODUCTS AFTER YOU END THE CONTRACT.

After contacting us about your Order, please return all Products to us at OLIVIEREWILSON.

WHEN WE WILL PAY THE COSTS TO RETURN A PRODUCT.

We will reimburse you the cost of return if we have done something wrong, for example if the Product is faulty, or we accidentally sent you the wrong Product. We will reimburse you the cost of standard delivery only. Please retain your receipts and proof of postage as we will need to see these to process your refund.

 

HOW WE WILL REFUND YOU.

All refunds shall be made using the same payment method used to place the Order.

 

WHEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE MADE.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we receive the Product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Product back to us. Please note, refunds may take up to 3 working days to appear in the account used to purchase our Products.
